Rocio Del Mar Liveaboard Policies

RESERVATIONS:

Individuals: Initial deposit of 25% of full price is due at time of reservation, additional 25% of full price is due 6 months prior to the trip date. Final payment is due ninety (90) days prior to the scheduled trip date.

Groups: Initial deposit equal to 25% of full amount is due 14 days from the initial request date. An additional 25% of the full amount is due 6 months prior to the scheduled trip date. Final payment is due ninety (90) days prior to the scheduled trip date.

*In order to secure a reservation, a deposit is required.

PAYMENTS:

Payments can be made via credit card by contacting our office at (602) 558-9580 or by completing an authorization form and returning it to our office via email, or fax to
(602) 513-7231.

By Check please mail to Rocio Del Mar Liveaboard, 4355 W. Indian School, Ste. B, Phoenix, AZ 85031.

By wire transfer, please contact our office directly for the wire instructions.

CANCELLATION POLICY: APPLIES TO INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP RESERVATIONS.

No penalty for cancellations made 9 months or more prior to the scheduled trip date.

25% of full rate will be forfeited for cancellations made 3 to 9 months prior to the scheduled trip date.

50% of full rate will be forfeited for cancellations made 60 to 90 days prior to the scheduled trip date.

No refunds for cancellations made 60 days or less prior to the scheduled trip date.

We highly recommend travel insurance.
